DIRECTIONS FROM MELBOURNE
Please note, customers relying on GPS often end up in weird and wonderful places. Hopefully the directions below can help!
Head to Geelong on the Princess Hwy.
Take the Geelong bypass – you’ll end up going through Winchelsea.
Just as you leave Winchelsea, turn left at the sign for Deans Marsh/Lorne/Gt Ocean Rd.
Drive for about 6 km, and turn right at the sign for Apollo Bay.
Follow the signs to Apollo Bay (ie do NOT go to Colac, Deans Marsh or Birregurra)
You’ll head through Barwon Downs. Keep on the main road.
You’ll drive through Forrest. (You will see the Brewery on your right). Keep on the main road.
Drive on for about 10 minutes. You’ll see signs for Barramunga and for Barramunga Cabins.
When you see the ‘Healing Centre’ (on the left side of the road), turn down the dirt road on your right. Our driveway is about 500 metres on your left (look out for the blue sign with the red painted pole).
COASTAL ROUTE – MUCH LONGER, BUT *SPECTACULAR*
Head to Geelong on the Princess Hwy. Follow signs for the Great Ocean Road.
You will drive through Anglesea, Aireys Inlet (stop to see the lighthouse), Lorne, Wye River and Kennett River. Keep on driving.
At the beach-side caravan site in Skenes Creek, turn right up the Forrest-Apollo Bay Rd (i.e. the only main road going into the hills).
After about 25 minutes you will see signs for Barramunga Cabins. Turn left when you see the ‘Healing Centre’. Our driveway is about 500 metres on your left (look out for the blue sign with the red painted pole).
